SHIPPING INFORMATION

Local pick up is available and so is pick up at our shows and sales. Contact us with your info before hand so we can coordinate with you. Please do this atleast a week before the sale. We do not allow guests in our greenhouse so we will pick out your plants before you arrive.

Our $15 dollar shipping is a base fee to cover East-coast or long distance plant sales. We will refund you the excess shipping cost. After we ship. We ship USPS Priority mail as first choice, USPS Ground advantage next and UPS ground as last choice.

Our plants ship bare root unless specified otherwise in descriptions. Ice plants and other sensitive species will be shipped in pots. We use soile-less media in these pots so they are accepted by all agriculture laws in the lower 48. We ship the cactus bare-root to comply with California agriculture laws.

We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays generally but will ship most of the time. Depending on weather and how busy we are with in person sales, we will delay shipping.

We know shipping plants in the winter/Spring can be risky, so we can adjust shipping a little bit. We NO longer hold orders for an extended period of time. People have abused this too much by demanding we hold orders for 8 months or longer. Sorry for the inconvenience but it has become too problematic.
